• The Place is available for rent on Fridays, Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays
• Seating for up to 170 people
• Large mirrored dance floor

• 27 - 6' x 3' wood grain banquet tables & 156 cushioned banquet chairs
  
• 3 - 24" round high cocktail tables and 6 bar stools
  
• bar area for refreshment service
• Bring your own food and drink
  
• Microwave, refrigerator, and ice machine for your needs
  
• Party lighting and mirror ball
  
• We reserve the right to require a Duty Officer at some events. Call for details
  
• Late party? No problem! Your event can be as late as 8pm - 1am

Cost

• $600 on Saturdays or New Year's Eve
  
• $500 on Friday or weekday Holidays
  
• $400 on Sunday
  
• **All rentals require an additional $100 at Key Pick Up - refundable when key is returned and no damage**
  

Other

• 5 hours party time for base fee; plus free set up time (12 noon) and free breakdown time
  
• Additional hours available for $80 per hour; (may increase key deposit)
• Cash or Visa or Mastercard.
  
• Call us to set an appointment to see the hall. To reserve your date: Pay half of the rent and sign the rental agreement. Rent Balances are due 60 days prior to your party. Additional $100 Refundable Security Fee is due at Key pick up on Wednesday before your party date.
